From this youtube link, it is a real Wankel Engine contruction wiht center gear (sorry for my english, i am Indonesian). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wb1_A-qybzA What if in the real world, the engine has no center gear like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qa1Y_lexdcE&t=67s Does add gear add more friction? Will gearless be more efficient? What a logical explanation of using gear or no gear? Thanks for all attentions.
